Nigel Cabourn British Army Pant Loose Denim
Nigel Cabourn British Army Pant Loose Denim, a military inspired wide fit denim by legendary vintage designer Nigel Cabourn.
Nigel Cabourn's British Army Pant is based on the 1940’s Battle Dress Pants from the British Army, combining some details from the 1960’s Battle Dress Pants worn by the Rhodesian Security Force. Updated for this season in a loose denim with contrast stitching and original details.
The distinctive feature is the belt loop. The belt loop, which was originally intended for a pistol belt, has been reversed to make it easier to use and more functional. In addition, by analyzing and adopting the specifications of the back of the belt from the tailoring of officer's pants in the 1940s, the original design was in the range of fatigue pants, but it has been elevated to the level of officer pants, changing its overall look.
