General questions

Absolutely. Although not every garment we sell has a size chart available, we can always measure various sizes for you to help you find the best option to order. Please contact us via the chat icon or shoot us a message here.

In most cases, there is no restock possible. The makers we work with make the garments based off our buying order, meaning they don't make additional stock nor will they have extra fabric to make more stock.

With a few makers we are able to order some core-collection pieces, such as specific jeans or outerwear and accessories.

In the very rare case of a quality complaint, we would like to resolve this for you in the best manner possible. You’ve purchased a garment you are fond of, and we would like to keep it that way. Please inform us upfront if you have any questions or complaints on a purchase. We will get in touch with you, investigate the complaint and the garment and find a fitting solution. Be assured, we are very critical in the makers we work with and have only received 1(!) quality complaint which we couldn’t resolve since starting in 2019.

That depends on your location. This is automatically included in the prices shown if you are browsing in the EU. If you are shopping and shipping as a non-EU resident, then prices are shown excluding VAT. Please be aware that your order might be subject to any import fees and handling charges by customs in the country where the order is shipped to.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

In most cases the average shipping time is 1-4 business days, either domestic or foreign.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
In addition, the handling speed of customs will affect the shipping time.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you have the right to return the items within 30 days after receiving the parcel.

You, as an online customer, have the right of withdrawal when purchasing products from a distance. This means that you can try the purchased item on once, to see if it fits. If you are not happy with it, you are free to return it to us within 30 days for either an exchange or refund. In-store purchases, at our brick-and-mortar store can be exchanged within 30 days. We do not refund in-store purchases but, should you not be able to find anything else, we can also put the purchasing amount on a credit account to be used a next time.
