Avant-Garde Heritage at it's finest. DEVOA, by Japanese designer Daisuke Nishida, is a meticulous blend of premium materials, the craftsmanship of skilled artisans and pattern development based on muscle balance and anatomy.

This Loose Fit Jacket is made from a supersoft, lightweight camel wool which has been woven by Faliero Sarti in Italy. The ergonomically designed pattern is inspired by how we use our muscles and the movement of such, resulting in interesting curved sleeve detailing and wider fitting points along the drape of the jacket.

When I met Daisuke Nishida in Paris early 2024, I was very impressed by his vision and approach to tailoring. Converting human anatomy and how our muscles move into a pattern is no easy process but when trying on the garments, it was immediately clear that DEVOA nailed it!
