Calmlence Triple Pleated Wide Tapered Dress Pants Black, a formal style trousers designed by Kazuyuki Kumagai, founder of Japanese design studio CALMLENCE.
Relaxed tailoring at its finest. An eyecatching dress style trousers suitable for both men and women. This is a double-weave fabric with a dual-weft structure, made by using fine-count raw silk yarn for the warp and thick-count cotton yarn for the weft. By weaving the thick cotton yarn in a double-weft construction with fine silk warp, the fabric achieves a structure that feels both substantial and firm like moleskin, while remaining remarkably lightweight. The silk warp lies subtly within the fabric, imparting an overall refined texture.
The dramatic triple pleat style elevates these trousers to a level rarely seen. In my personal views, this is one of the most exciting styles of trousers I've ever shown at Store Du Nord since opening doors in 2019.
