Founded in 2016 by bespoke tailor Daniel Gu and retail pioneer Samuel Wei, MotivMfg. is an independent design and production studio with an aim to create clothing stemmed in tradition but made for the future. All MotivMfg. garments are made by their own small team of specialists in their Beijing based studio. A rare and refined balance of talented craftspeople, equipment and vision allows them to combine tailored anatomic shapes and industrial sewing details, something simply unattainable under large scale industrial settings.
