Japan Blue Jeans, founded by Hisao Manabe, is part of the Japan Blue Group. All fabrics and dyes are developed in-house, making them one of just a few vertically integrated denim companies in Japan which means they don't outsource any steps of the making. All fabrics are woven on vintage shuttle looms, producing a narrow selvedge raw denim fabric.
